Lucknawi Biryani is an amalgamation of both Mughlai & Nawabi cuisine. It is characterised with mild spice in nature with perfectly cooked meat & rice. It contains the ingredients in such a way that the subtle flavour of the various condiments is felt, but nothing will be dominating enough to disturb the taste. Also, this masala can be used for both the Chicken Biryani and Mutton Biryani as well with just a variation in cooking style. Apart from cooking Awadhi biryani, this masala finds utilisation in tofu curry, vegetable kebabs, Aloo Patties, vegetable korma, and aloo masala curry.
